  Yes. Every LSG autoresponder account comes with the ability to set up a minimum of 10 autoresponders campaigns. Each campaign will allow a minimum of 20 messages per campaign.

  Can I create email master headers and footers?

  Yes. Most membership accounts will include the ability to create Generic Header / Footer for your email and messages series.

Note: The system supports both Text based and HTML based E-Mail. It is necessary that you provide your header and footer in both Text and HTML even if the HTML style is just a copy of the text contents.

  Can my message series be copyable By other members?

  Yes. However, we do not turn this feature on as a general rule. If you are bringing in a downline or a downline member and you want them to have the ability to copy your message series, please contact us and we will make the necessary changes per request/per account.

  Can I copy messages from other members?

  Can I send in HTML and text formats?

  Yes. You can send in either or both formats.

Matter of fact, when sending in HTML format, you can create a record and know when someone reads your email, when they read it and how many times they read it.

This is a great feature and is usually (but not with LSG) an extra fee.

You can enter both HTML and text for people who don't have HTML support when receiving email. They will receive the text version instead of HTML.

  Can I import names and emails into my autoresponder?

  Yes and No. You are allowed to import 50 names per day/per membership.

However, all leads, names and emails will be imported by us (LSG administration) other than those 50 you're allowed to import per day. This maintains integrity in the system and keeps unauthorized emailing to a minimum.

There is no limit to how many new leads, subscribers and/or prospects that are generated through your email and form campaigns and go into your LSG autoresponder database.

Exceptions to this rule. PowerShift Loop Corporate Members and Ezine and Newsletter Publishers who publisher under the Strategic Marketing Concepts umbrella have complete Import and Export abilities.

  Can I export/download my list(s) from my autoresponder?

  Yes. You are allowed to export all your list(s).

However, if you export your list, you are not allowed to import them back into your LSG autoresponder without administration's approval. This is not always granted, so please take care when exporting.

All emails in the system can be exported in one of four forms:
1) List of all Active/Archived emails in the system
2) List of all emails in the Autoresponse Sequence (i.e. no archived emails)
3) List of all Archived emails only
4) List of all Removed emails only
Export by both or either by Start/End Date for all signups up until and including today.

Exceptions to this rule. PowerShift Loop Corporate Members and Ezine and Newsletter Publishers who publisher under the Strategic Marketing Concepts umbrella have complete Import and Export abilities.

  Yes. You can delete subscriber(s) from your database in all your list(s).

You can delete one subscriber, any number of subscribers or you also have the ability to delete entire list(s) whether your they're archived list(s) or active list(s).

  Yes. You can manually compose a message in both HTML and text formats and manually send to your List(s).

You can send to the Entire List of email addresses in your database, just the Active Members (people currently getting the autoresponder messages) or Archived Members (people who have received the entire autoresponder sequence.).

This is perfect for announcements and updates OR especially useful for the ezine and newsletter publisher.

  Yes. You can choose demographic profile of customers you wish to contact in your list(s) in both HTML and text formats. You can send to your enire list, archived list or active list.

However, you must have set up a form that has collected the specfic demographics.

  Yes. You can manually add emails and names to my list(s). You may start this person in your message sequence anywhere you would like. You can activate this new subscriber or archive them to your archived list(s).

  Yes. You can reprocess all archived customers back into your existing or new campaign. This allows you to move your archived customers back to active.

  Can I resubscribe personality settings?

  Yes. This function allows you to define what happens when a subscriber resubscribes. In other words, what do you want to happen when a current subscriber resubscribes to the list again?

Options:

1) Treat as a new signup
2) Ignore resubscribe
3) Send out message saying already subscribed
4) Resubscribe automatically only if completed with autoresponder sequence

  Can I reject certain email domains from subscribing?

  Yes. You can edit email domain reject data.

Once you enter your e-mail reject data page and enter your reject preferences, this data will be compared against subscribe requests and if any subscribe request matches the domains in the box, it wil be rejected.

For example, if you wanted to reject emails coming from xyz.com (i.e. abc@xyz.com), you would enter xyz.com in the reject box and all emails from that domain would be rejected.

  Does my account provide a web-page form generator?

  Yes. You can generate custom signup form.

You select the elements you wish to appear in a generated customer signup form and it will then generate an HTML page that you can copy and edit to fit the look and feel of your web site with all the form variables properly named and ready to be used.

You can also generate Popup Signup form.

  How does the Special Message feature work?

  This is a fairly new feature added to your LSG autoresponder account.

The Special Message screen allows you to set the Special Notification message and and subject. If a subscriber subscribes to the list and the Special Email field is filled out with a valid email as well, The special email is sent this special message sytem.

  Can my messages and emails be personalized with the users' information?

  Yes. You have the ability to edit E-mail Personalization Values.

You can either turn this feature ON or turn it OFF. If you wish to use personalization of E-Mail address, first and last names in your messages you send to your customer, you just activate it.

You also have the option to insert dates in several different international formats.

You set set a Default name for your subscriber/customer to use if no name is available.

  How does the system handle Unsubscribes and Removes?

  The LSG system has a global removal process. However, you control most aspects of your personal lists and subscribers.

You can modify Unsubscribe / Remove Messages to inform your customers on how to be removed from your autoresponder list. The program will automatically put in links for them to click on but it is always good to have some instructions to go along with them.

You also have the option to tell when remove links should start to be placed in the message sequence. If you have 8 responses and put 4 in, message 4 will be the first message to have auto remove links. Initial Auto-Remove Value:

You can set a Default Initial Auto-Remove Value. Examole - 'Remove Me Please'.

  Can I test my messages and series before I send them?

  Yes. Matter of fact, we encourage you to test ALL emails before you send them. There are several ways to test everything in your LSG autoresponder system.

  Does the LSG system provide URL Tracking?

  Yes.The LSG system has a few unique ways to track your emails, links and 'open and read' rates.

You choose the tracking option you wish to perform: 1) Add A Tracking Link 2) Edit A Tracking Link 3) Delete A Tracking Link 4) Generate Link Clickthrough Report.

  Can I link different email campaigns together?

  Yes.This is a great feature that allows you to automatically subscribe contacts to another campaign when they have finished their current campaign.

By creating a link between the campaigns you can create or delete an existing link. Also, anytime a customer joins from the campaign in the link, they are automatically deleted from the to campaign that is linked so they won't be in both at the same time.

  Does the system provide 'open and read' statistics?

  Yes.Another terrific LSG AutoreSponder feature.

This function allows you to view the number of HTML messages read on a given message number and provides you with a report on your Message Number, The Subject Lines and The Number Of Times Read. Plus, you can reset the counter or view a report anytime.

  Can I see a report of all activity on my Autoresponder?

  Yes. You simply go to the Generate Report Options page. Once there you can choose from either Generate A Report on your customers/subscribers or you can Generate A Report on your messages sent.

Customer Summary Report:

- Current Total Number of Archived Subscribers
- Current Total Number of Deleted Subscribers
- Current Total Number of Active Subscribers
- A complete, line by line, of the number of deletions that customers requested at each message number.

Autoresponder Statistics:

Allows you to print out all the bandwidth usage (Emails sent, Bytes sent), Start/End dates options.

Traffic Summary Report:

- Total Emails Sent
- Total Bytes Sent
- Manual Messages Sent
- Manual Bytes Sent
- Followup Messages Sent
- Followup Bytes Sent
- Demographic Messages Sent
- Demographic Bytes sent
- Import Messages Sent
- Import Bytes sent

  Is there a way to view my entire list without exporting them?

  Yes. You can view them in a few ways, however you can go directly to the export feature to view your entire list without exporting them.

Simply go to the Export E-Mail List Data page. Once there, you can choose the way you would like to export them. *DO NOT choose Export as File' If you choose to export them as a file, you will not be able to import them back into your LSG autoResponder system!

Instead, choose one of four forms:
1) List of all Active/Archived emails in the system
2) List of all emails in the Autoresponse Sequence (i.e. no archived emails)
3) List of all Archived emails only
4) List of all Removed emails only
Choose or not choose Both Start/End Dates.

  Does the system offer thanks you pages for successful sign-ups?

  Yes. You can have 'Thank You' pages created or you can redirect your sign-ups to your own thank you pages.

Go to your 'Edit Thank You Page Parameters' page and Modify the Thank You parameters used by the system.

Note: You have the option to use either a redirect link to a page that you created or to allow the system to create the page for you based on the header/footer/message parameters you create in the system.

"Thank You Message" details. This is the information that is displayed on the automatically generated thank you for signing up form. Note that it will be sandwiched between your header and footer on the thank you page. The processing system does understand HTML so you may include HTML in your structure.

  Does the system require my account to use Opt-In Messages for its subscribers?

  No. However, this could change at anytime.

Currently, your subscribers are single opt-in subscribers. IF, you want a double opt-in system for your autoresponder account - Please let us know. We will be happy to switch you to a double opt-in account!

  Can I schedule messages?

  Yes. There are two ways of scheduling messages.

1) Weekly messages that repeat on specified days of the week
- This function allows you to schedule messages to be sent weekly on a recurring basis on a particular day of the week.

2) Messages that are set to be sent only on a specific date.
- Non repeating individual messages. This function allows you to schedule message(s) to be sent on a particular date(s). You have a complete calendar at your disposal. * These are independent of the autoresponder message sequence.
